In Cthulhu: Death May Die, inspired by the writings of H.P. Which comes to Fate. We do have FATE of Cthulhu coming out. But there was a game called Post-Cthulhu (published by Starbright Illustrations in 2016) which was a FATE Core game - I haven't seen it but it seems to be set after Cthulhu has risen.
