What are the differences between Constant Light mode and Energy Saving mode? Our new range of headlamps and torches have been created with the technological advantage of over 20 years of LED lighting experience. The red LED sits at the top between the two white LEDs and is activated by holding down the middle button for 3 seconds from off, without having to cycle any white modes, which preserves your eye's night vision. It can be turned off by pressing any of the three buttons. On either side of the middle button are buttons that independently control the white LEDs. If the headlamp is turned off, these side buttons will turn on and control the LED on that same side. So the right button controls the flood light. Pressing the button after it is on will cycle through the brightness. There is a medium and low brightness setting. The LED indicators will also light up when the torch is turned on to show the remaining battery power, with four indicating 100%, three indicating 75%, two indicating 50%, one indicating 25% and one flashing indicating below 25%.
