Still, I don't know what other book has so much information on this topic presented in a relatable way. Ahora con este libro se me ha hinchado todavía más la curiosidad y es posible que lo intenté, eheheh. When he found himself spontaneously going out of his body, he had no way of understanding what was happening to him and his first assumption was that there was something wrong with his brain.

Sé suena como una novela de ciencia ficción, pero ¿qué pasaría si el Escenario III se tratase del anti - mundo? When the 'markers' were nothing like what he saw, he passed them off as symbolic and marveled at how correct they were. An event where the experiencer 1) seems to perceive some portion of some environment which could not possibly be perceived from where his physical body is known to be at the time and 2) knows at the time that he is not dreaming or fantasizing. Being the logical, scientific person that he was, Robert set out to document what was occurring when it seemed he was exiting his body with the hope of coming to understand as much as he could about this phenomenon. Right about the time I felt like this would be another book where the author is just beating around the bush and blowing smoke, he hits with a section all about his step-by-step processes and their importance. The scientific theories i wanted that sort of come out almost in the end are also things I’m already aware of from past personal experiences or other books.

Thus most people are in the habit of forgetting their dreams, and, on the occasions when they do remember them, they usually regard them as mere oddities.I missed more information about a ideal daily routine, habits and diet that increase the probability of a successful out-of-body experience. We can formally define an OOBE as an event in which the experiencer (1) seems to perceive some portion of some environment which could not possibly be perceived from where his physical body is known to be at the time; and (2) knows at the time that he is not dreaming or fantasizing. The book is somewhat like a lab report for the various astral projection experiments while still maintaining a personal tone. I’m quite interested in OOBE’s, since I have had the beginning stages happen to me many times, but I’ve blocked them out of fear of the unknown.

The book contains much, much more valuable information on the subject than I have touched on, including preliminary exercises and advice on how best to exit the body. Almost every time I give a speech on this subject, someone comes up to me afterward and thanks me for talking about it.

We can now entertain the intriguing idea that these antiworlds are populated by antipeople, who antiscientists are perhaps even now excited by the discovery of matter. Not only the courage it took for Monroe to pursue these journeys, and not merely the care that he took with documenting his work, but the clear-and-cogent language of a map-making explorer.

The only problem with that, as I have found from talking to many such people, is that he may worry about whether he’s going crazy. I found this to be an extremely informative and enjoyable book which greatly exceeded my expectations.

Fifth, in some instances of OOBEs the description of what was happening at a distant place is correct and more accurate than we would expect by coincidence.
