About this deal

It’s so fast that the J5 thinks it can get away with not taking a photo if it hasn’t locked focus in AF-S mode. MPB Europe Ltd acts as a broker and offers credit solely from PayPal Credit, a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH.

Since I am a photojournalist by profession, I shoot almost exclusively with zoom lenses or I wouldn’t be able to compete. The V1 is not about having perfect smooth images, it has its own “look” and character that many really like.A cynical enthusiast likely wondered if the 1 system wasn’t hobbled by design to protect Nikon’s DSLR sales.

Reproduction in whole or part in any form or medium without specific written permission is prohibited. Here are some sample 100% crops showing the color fringing in the lens, and how easy it is to remove in post. Even though all the 1 Nikkor prototypes were in shiny metal, I have a feeling that this lens is plastic. is faster but that will cost you an exorbitant amount of money and it’s not going to be as wide, too. It has a grooved collar but it’s merely there for additional grip, this isn’t something that will turn despite looking like a focusing-ring.Truly "apochromatic" lenses don't show this kind of fringing but these lenses are very rare especially below 100mm. I definately am interested in this lens, especially with no release date that I am aware of on the 32mm f/1.

The mount appears to be made from a zinc or nickel-based alloy which feels like plastic but I am not sure about that. In this day and age, I would’ve expected some form of lens stabilization/anti-shake to be part and parcel of a quality prime. You’ll still see some of it by f/4 which is a shame, this level of performance is quite bad, it may have to do with the limits of having a smaller sensor. The ribbed ring provides good grip while attaching or removing the lens and when you are holding the camera. I will go into more detail on that later, the point that I’m trying to make is that people who compare the 18.I shoot professionally flowers, gardens etc and have on one or two occasions as a ‘test used the 10mm to focus on a large flower head and up to ISO 400 it looked ok. This speed opens up new opportunities for low-light and high-speed shooting so you can capture brilliant shots while the light is waning.
